By using this website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Style n Scissor relationship with you in relation to this website.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- 1. All customers who order Medik8 skincare products must have been seen by a beauty technician and had the product recommended to them.
- 2. Customers who place an order for Medik8 skincare products with Style n Scissor give permission to Style n Scissor to contact their beauty therapist and request information relating to their order.
- 3. All customers have not been advised by a doctor not to use the products ordered.
- 4. We reserve the right not to supply product if we feel that the selected products are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your beauty technician, or may put you at some risk.
- 5. By completing the online order form you agree to accept shipment for the selected product, and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order form.
- 6. By completing the online order form you agree and accept that you are the person responsible for the credit card and accept responsibility for all charges made on our site by your card.
- 7. Offers, promotions and specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or specials.
Returns Policy:
f you return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days, we will provide a full refund. Your refunded amount will be processed within 7 business days.
Defective Product:
If you have a problem with any product purchased from us at any time please let us know. If your product is determined to be defective by the manufacturer we will replace it.
Shipping times:
All shipping indications on this website are based on average shipping times for the stated product, where customers have supplied the correct information. Style n Scissor endeavors to meet these shipping schedules, but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete information, courier deliveries, or product shortages.
